I'd prefer an all-natural shampoo, and I've tried baby shampoo and other shampoos for sensitive scalp. It's getting embarrassing, and the itching is horrible. I've got short, straight hair. Anyone got any suggestions?I need a shampoo for my itchy scalp and dandruff?
Itchy scalp and dandruff is a sensitivity and reaction to external conditions. I tried all kinds of different kinds of shampoos. The best results (no itching or flaking) occurred when I used shampoos that have no artificial dyes or fragrances. (even baby shampoos usually contain dyes and fragrance) An antiseptic/anti-bacterial shampoo helps too, but that has a tendency to dry out the scalp--also keep combs and brushes clean.(lint and dead hair) I use a tea tree shampoo and it's great and smells like mint. It can be found in health food stores. Sometimes daily shampooing is necessary. I hope this helps.I need a shampoo for my itchy scalp and dandruff?
