I have the same problem when I don't maintain my hair well. First of all, you don't want to make your hair dry. Oil is what keeps your hair healthy. Second, Do not wash your hair everyday! Every other day is preferable. Third, you need to use a good shampoo and conditioner.

Invest a little more and buy the salon brands like Redken. I use Loreal Nature's Therapy from Sally's Beauty Supply.

Even if you have greasy hair, you still need to use a moisurizing shampoo. When you shampoo your hair, shampoo only the scalp really good and when you rinse off, the shampoo runs down and cleans the ends. When you apply the moisturzing conditioner, apply it only from the mid section of your hair to the ends. (After applying the conditioner, I roll it up and use a clip to moisturize for 3-5 minutes).

You can apply a little conditioner to your scalp only if you start to notice it getting dry. Lastly, use a clarifying shampoo twice a week to get rid of the buildup grease. Try Pantene Pro-V clarifying shampoo. Only use it on the roots and scalp. Hope this helps!

Don't forget to use a bristol brush when you blow dry! Don't blowdry too frequently though! My Hairs are Oily/Greasy... How to make them Dry from Scalp.. Pls Advice Shampoo or relavents thing?
The easiest way to prevent your hair from being oily or greasy: make sure that you massage shampoo designed for oily or greasy hair into your scalp well. When you apply conditioner, don't massage it into your scalp. Apply it at least a centimeter away from the scalp.

If you want to have even better results, look for any hair products designed to keep away oily or greasy hair from happening. You can find them in almost any shop that sells hair products.
The most common mistake people make when washing there hair is they put the shampoo and conditioner all over their entire head... this is NOT how you should wash your hair!!!

When you shampoo your hair you should shampoo ONLY your scalp.

When you condition your hair you should condition ONLY the ends, do not put any conditioner on your scalp... this is what causes a lot of grease.

also try blow drying your hair upside down focusing on the roots, this will not only give your hair more body, but it will also dry out your scalp and make your hair less oily.

GOOD LUCK
I have kind of oily hair.

Just look throughout the shampoo isle and get a shampoo that says it's for oily hair, not moisturizing. I got a moisturizing one by accident and it really made a mess of my hair so make sure to get shampoos/conditioners for oily hair.

Aussie is a really good line I find and they have a collection for pily hair.

i know it might sound odd but try using just regular head and shoulders. i have the same issue as you and i use head and shoulders every other day instead of my regular shampoo, and i only condition as i need it.
u can take AWALA juice 1tea spoon daily.

NIZOREL SHAMPOO by JOHN SON %26amp; JOHN SONS , it is very good hairs health.

after 15 days u can see it's possitive result.
well ummmmmmmmm..... i just let my hair stay in the shower being wet for about an hour or 30 min. and they r very dry, surprisingly. so yeah. i don't like my hair though. but whatever.
head %26amp; shoulders has done wonders for my hair, there are many types that head and shoulders offers. The one that i mostly use is smooth and silky. i just love my hair!
