yaa.actually the conditioner must not be applied to the scalp as it weakens the roots of ur hair.so,if ur gonna use that shampoo,the conditioner may not affect it.U can use it without any worry dear!
Use both. The conditioner is like a lotion for your scalp so it will probably help with the itchiness.
Try Paul Mitchell Tea Tree. It tingles, but the tea tree has very soothing properties and helps soothe itchy heads!!
