What is the best shampoo for a VERY dry scalp?

I went to my doctor and he suggested Sebulex, however they did not have it at the pharmacy. I was wondering if there were any other suggestions? What is the best shampoo for a VERY dry scalp?
Before shampooing, give your scalp a very warm olive oil massage. Let the olive oil soak into your skin for 5-10 minutes before shampooing. Use warm water and a mild baby shampoo. The shampoos mentioned previously are designed for dandruff, which is a different problem than dry scalp. If all you have is dry scalp, then you don't want the medications, just the cleansing ability of a mild shampoo.

Babies get a similar condition called ';cradle cap';, which is solved with an olive oil massage to loosen the scaliness and then a gentle shampooing to rinse out the oil and loosened skin flakes.

Dry scalp is worse in wintery weather, as houses are generally much drier too. If you increase the humidity in your house that will help too. What is the best shampoo for a VERY dry scalp?
Phisoderm (I think that is how you spell it)

Used it on my baby's cradle cap, which my doctor recommended for it.

If you don't like that, try Selsum Dandruff Shampoo.

I had a friend once that actually put Mayonaise in her hair and wrapped it up in a towel for about 20 minutes before washing her hair. She had really thick hair, but it seemed to work.
